The most commonly asked questions about CMN funding:
Q: Why do you only help with bills at CoxHealth through your Family Care
Grant Fund?
A: CoxHealth is CMN�s sponsoring institution and cover all
CMN�s administrative costs. Because Cox covers these costs, CMN is able
to give every dollar donated to benefit the kids. Therefore, CMN helps
families who receive care at sponsoring hospitals.
Q: Does CMN pay doctor bills?
A: No. CMN is not able to assist with physician bills.
Q: Do I have to qualify under state established income guidelines?
A: No. CMN will ask you to fill out an Application
for Assistance (PDF file, 57 Kb)
that includes your financial information. CMN looks at your total
financial picture of income and expenses, including the medical expenses
for your child.
Q: At what age is my child eligible for CMN funding?
A: Any child age birth to 18 is eligible to apply for CMN funding.
Q: What area does your CMN office service?
A: The CoxHealth CMN office serves 34 counties in Missouri
and northwest Arkansas. Missouri counties include St. Clair, Cedar, Dade,
Lawrence, Barry, Benton, Hickory, Polk, Greene, Christian, Stone, Taney,
Camden, Dallas, Laclede, Webster, Douglas, Ozark, Pulaski, Phelps, Dent,
Texas, Shannon, Howell and Oregon. Arkansas counties include Boone, Carroll,
Marion, Baxter, Fulton, Izard, Searcy and Newton.
