The Jane A. and Kenneth E. Meyer Center for Wellness
and Rehabilitation is the first medically based fitness center,
sports medicine program and rehabilitation center under one roof in southwest
Missouri. In this 92,000 square-foot,
state-of-the-art facility on the Cox Walnut Lawn campus integrates
clinical programs with fitness.
The Meyer Center’s individualized care is based on a medical
fitness model that emphasizes quality of life, daily living activities,
health
outcomes, chronic-condition management and fitness supervision with medical
expertise.
