Cox Senior Advantage continues to get calls of thanks from members
who signed up for the no-cost Catalyst Scripts Prescription Discount
Card.  Now we have even more great news, with four convenient ways to
save:
- OPTION A - Save the
most money when your doctor prescribes very similar but less expensive
brand name drugs when possible, or
generics when available.
The Member Assistance Center will call your doctor and discuss these
medications on your behalf if you wish. Only your doctor can decide
what medications are appropriate for you.
- OPTION B - Save an average of 19 percent if you prefer to
go to a retail store. A specially selected group of renowned chain
pharmacies - some
national and some regional - participate in the Catalyst Scripts
Deeper Discount Retail Network. The Member Assistance Center can inform
you
which pharmacies participate.
- OPTION C - Save an average of 17 percent if you would like
to choose from an even broader range of retail pharmacies. More than
42,000 retail
outlets throughout the United States, including all major chains
and most independent pharmacies, participate in the Catalyst Scripts
Broad-Based
Retail Network. The Member Assistance Center can inform you which
pharmacies participate.
- OPTION D - You may also be able to achieve higher savings
through the use of a domestic Catalyst Scripts mail order pharmacy.
With this option
you can order up to a six-month supply of prescription drugs from
the convenience of your home and have them delivered to your door via
prompt
and reliable U.S. Express Mail with no charges for postage and handling.
The Member Assistance Center will be happy to take your order.
The Catalyst Scripts Prescription Discount Card will come to you with
no fee. When you use it, there will be
- No deductibles
- No annual limits
- No exclusions for your current age or any pre-existing conditions
- No claim forms to fill out.
Your actual savings may vary between medications and from time to time.

Assistance
Center will respond to your questions about this exclusive benefit, the
four purchasing methods and which pharmacies participate.

Mail the application back to the hospital at the address shown, and
allow 4
